Welcome to The Lint Guy, operated by Lehigh Valley Dryer Vent Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (thelintguy.com) and our dryer vent cleaning and related services. By using our website or hiring us for service, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICES

We provide professional dryer vent cleaning, dryer vent repair, dryer vent installation, bird nest and pest removal from vents, and related residential and light commercial services in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area.

2. SCHEDULING & APPOINTMENTS

- Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement via phone, text, email, or our online form.

- We require reasonable access to your dryer and dryer vent for service to be performed.

- If we cannot access the work area at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

- Pricing is quoted before service begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- We accept cash, check, credit card, and Zelle.

- A 1.5% per month late fee may be applied to invoices unpaid 30 days after service.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

5. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

- We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service.

- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage to your dryer, ductwork, or property not caused by our direct negligence.

- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. PROPERTY ACCESS & SAFETY

- You agree to provide safe access to your dryer and vent system, including disclosure of any known hazards (pets, electrical issues, structural concerns, etc.).

- We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.

7. WEBSITE USE

- Content on thelintguy.com is for informational purposes only.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. SMS & COMMUNICATIONS

- By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your service, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers.

- Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "Lint Guy" name, logo, website content, and all related materials are the property of Lehigh Valley Dryer Vent Solutions, LLC.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted at thelintguy.com/terms with the "Last Updated" date.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
